Triangle Modern House Tour 2010 was amazing!!!

So as I told you all before, this was my first time on the tour. It was actually my first time in Raleigh, NC. I was hoping that after driving 10 1/2 hours , (for a trip that was supposed to take 7 1/2)  I wouldn't be disappointed.
And I LOVED IT!!! Sure there were some bus problems , and it was 96 degrees and humid, and I didn't get to see one of the houses. But would I do it again? You betcha! The homes were breathtaking, and the owners and architects were welcoming and  friendly, as well as informative. I did have two personal favorites; Laurent de Comarmond's house on Graham Street, and Fred Carter/Perry Cox house on Banbury Rd.  Both were just amazing!

This is one of my favorites!! Designed by Laurent de Comarmond, he is also the owner. Ahh... just look at it! Isn't it beautiful?!! His company is called  LEVEL
